  It's the same thing in our company. MDaemon runs great but Outlook Connector hangs and crashes on many clients. Active Sync with Outlook 2013 would be a very great feature to solve many Problems.

  Just saw that version 13.0.5 is now released. Looks like there is a long way for an official release of 13.5.

  Good news indeed. Now we can only hope for a fast official release to test this feature. Will there be updates from 13.0.4, then 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4 and then finally 13.5 or is this planned to be a direct upgrade to 13.5?

  Hi Arron,

  We are using outlook 2010 now, but we prefer to upgrade to outlook 2013 and mdaemon 13.5 instead of outlook 2010+outlook connector, so would you tell me about An approximate date for release of mdaemon 13.5 .

  Hello Mahdi,

  As far as I am aware Outlook 2010 does not support ActiveSync. If you are planning to use Outlook 2010 with MDaemon you will need to use POP, IMAP, or OutlookConnector.

  Hi arron,

  Mdaemon 13.5 and it's ActiveSync will work with outlook 2010 too?
  We are investigating about Outlook connector, if next version of Mdaemon can sync outlook PIM with ActiveSync service, we can wait for release version of 13.5 .

  Hello Kenneth,

  MDaemon 13.5, which is currently in beta testing, has been updated so that ActiveSync connections from Outlook 2013 will work. A release date for MDaemon 13.5 has not been set.

  Forget the future... the future is now! Office365 offers an incredibly compelling alternative.. and while I would rather continue to use MDaemon my clients will not wait forever. I humbly suggest Altn should be putting maximum resources into getting ActiveSync to work with Outlook now - not 'in a future version'

  This is something that we are really missing. If this could be added, it would most likely solve a few issues we are having. A top priority in my book.

  you should upgrade FAST. when it will not be fixed until March, 2013, I need to through away a Mdaemon pro unlimited-user edtion and my Client must change to Exchange with his users. That would not be very nice.

  We are currently working to get Outlook 2013 to use our ActiveSync server. Unfortunately, we do not have a release date yet.

  Please add ActiveSync support for Outlook. My Boss is about to force us to dump Mdaemon for Exchange because of the difficulty with synchronization.

  If you can't make Outlook connect using ActiveSync, I would refer you to the "Google Sync for Outlook" tool. I have used it for a couple of months now without any issues. I am not suggesting that anyone necessarily migrate to Google Apps but perhaps learn something from their sync tools. The price point of your server for larger installs still make sense but the Outlook Connector is still your weakest link.

  We also use Mdaemon OC. We have responding problems, crash of outlook etc. Have done everything on the supportsite and more.....still many problems. Any update to include this should be very important for your business. I have moved some of the client with big problems to Exchange.

  We used MDaemon OC with the MS Outlook and have outlook 'not responding' issue constantly - the gentleman we tried is our GM and is very unhappy. Any update to include this or active sync should be the top priority.
