World client as a product is now much more stable and popular.
Only requirement is to make this product similar to outlook or simpler interface like squirrelmail.
In addition, if detailed guide is provided for how to make your own themes .... is much appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestions. The LookOut theme was designed to look like older versions of Outlook. The Lite theme, is a simplified and basic theme. The Mobile theme is an even simpler them for use on mobile devices.
We have documentation on creating and customizing themes. Please contact our support team and they can provide you with a copy of it.

I am Altn Customer, more than 10 years & allways using Online Chat for some reason like Questions, Support, Help, Prices& So many other necessary Requets.
Some options in CHAT Software are necessary, e.g. Https Support, Getting copy of Chat Transcript via e-mail, Feedback about Support Person, Sending file to Support as Attachment & Some brief info about Expert .
So, Please add these options again to Exising Online CHAT Support for Customers Satisfaction .

Can we get an acknowledgement stating the contents of the comments entered on the ticket not just "we got your request".
At times I open several tickets at the same time find it difficult to keep on top of them without the specifics in the feedback.1 vote
