    Thanks for your additional feedback. I have created a separate idea for excluding accounts from the option to disable accounts after X days of inactivity.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately we have been dedicating our resources to other requests with greater demand and we have not translated WorldClient into Hebrew. If you are interested, we can provide instructions on how to translate the strings yourself.

    Thanks,
    Arron

    Hello Christian,
    You can disable Calendar, Notes and Task now.
    Go to the MDaemon\WorldClient folder.
    Open the Domains.ini
    Add a section at the bottom for each user you are wanting to limit access to. User being the user name for that account.
    [User:UserOverrides]
    EnableCalendar=No
    EnableTasks=No
    EnableNotes=No

    Save changes and restart WorldClient. This would disable Calendar, Tasks and Notes.
    As for email access you can add restrictions inside of MDaemon to not allow them to accept or send emails. Not sure if you are not wanting to have access to email in WorldClient only or No access to email at all.

    Please provide more details.

    Thanks,
    Arron

    Hello,

    Thanks for sharing your idea regarding the ticketing system, This will be considered for future versions.

    Thanks
    Arron

    Hello,

    Thanks for replying. Let me see if I have this correct. You are wanting the ability to compose a new email and send as the submission address of the public folder that has the ticketing option enabled? This would create a new email with a new ticket number for the message that you have composed?

    If this is not correct please clarify.

    Thanks
    Arron
