Failed MultiPOP session problem notification to enduser.
Include a notification function to end-user when a MultiPOP
account starts failing connections (for any reason like password
expired or server down either permanently or temporary).
This to ensure that problems with MultiPOP retreival doesn't go
unnoticed by the end-user.
We have seen MultiPOP account with limited mails coming
through that was failing authentication due to forced password
change but it took weeks until the user realized that something
was wrong. If a notification mail had been sent to user directly an
investigation could have started right away instead of days or
even weeks later.
Possible include some sysadmin settings to "trigger when this X
many failing sessions".
